After reschedules, redesigns and moving to an entirely new city, Kary & AJs dreamy wedding finally took place at the magnificent Charlottesville wedding venue Keswick Vineyards. Overlooking the vines and 120 of their closest loved ones, Karly and AJ tied the know, stylishly celebrated and danced into the evening. It was a night to remember and one of our favorite designs with the dream team of creative partners!

I was recently asked by a friend what to pack and wear to a wedding in Brescia in Northern Italy in July, which I realize actually is a question I get asked quite frequently “what do I wear to this wedding?!” It can be hard to decide what to wear and pack for a destination […]

AH-MAZ-ING! I cannot say enough nice things about the oh-so-talented Rachel Rice, owner of The One Moment Events. As a wedding photographer, I have worked along side all types of wedding professionals. Rachel and I have worked together for months helping to plan a clients dream event. Her communication skills are top notch. She's incredibly timely and well organized. The thing that I will rave the most about her though is her happy go lucky, stress free, never get bent out of shape attitude. You will also feel as if your best friend is by your side supporting you every step of the way. I look forward to working with Rachel on many more events to come.

Working with The One Moment Events was the single most important (and best) decision I made during my wedding planning process. We selected a unique and grand location that had never hosted a wedding before, but Rachel and her team handled every single aspect with ease. The team was so invested in us as a couple, getting to know us and our story, our vision for the day and curated a design and plan that truly reflected us as a couple.  I was completely at ease on my wedding day, knowing that the TOME team had handled every detail. My day was flawless. I couldn't imagine a better team than The One Moment Events.

Rachel and Moriah, who was our planner the day of our wedding (and was absolutely fantastic), were very responsive anytime we had questions and they definitely went beyond what their role was as day of planners. We never felt stressed throughout the whole wedding process because Rachel and Moriah were on top of everything. As for the day of the wedding, it was extremely hot but that didn't slow Moriah down. She handled everything behind the scenes, which allowed us (and our parents) to just relax and really enjoy our big day. We're very thankful for that. If you need a wedding planner, we absolutely recommend Rachel and Moriah. They are so easy to talk to and again, they went above and beyond for us (Rachel even volunteered to watch our dogs while we were getting married!!).

We worked with Lauren and Rachel from TOME and were so, so happy with our decision! I think I spent >1 hour on the phone with Rachel when we talked for the first time, and she was so amazing--I knew I was in the right place. Lauren was such an incredible advocate for us, took so much of my stress away, and made the day absolutely fantastic--even during COVID. They are the real deal: so professional, have so much experience, and are just amazing at making sure no details have been overlooked. Do yourself a favor and hire them.
